Yesterday, I deactivated my Facebook account.
Over the past few months, I have spent an inordinate amount of time on Facebook.
In fact, I would daresay that at its peak, I was Facebooking for a combined total of 4 hours a day.
Ironically, the more time I spent interacting with folks on Facebook...the emptier my life felt.
For the next 30 days, I am going to be Facebook free.
I anticipate that the first week or so of my self-imposed Facebook exile will be hell on earth.
However, in the end it will be worth it.
