How Long Is Your Shadow?

How long is  your Shadow? Does its reach extend to family, friends, your children, and the world at large?

 Is your Shadow pushing all of the love and joy out of your life?

Does your Shadow constantly demand that you view yourself in an unfavorable light at all times? 

If you answered "Yes" to any of the above-mentioned questions...then, it is time to have a heart-to-heart talk with your Shadow.

You need to let your Shadow know that there is a new sheriff in town and its name is Clarity.

Sheriff Clarity ain't takin' no more guff from your Shadow. 

Sheriff Clarity is not going to allow your Shadow to keep you stuck in a dysfunctional past.

However, Sheriff Clarity can only do so much in her efforts to keep your Shadow at bay. 

It is up to you to both set up and enforce boundaries with your Shadow.
